What boxing classes do you offer near Beckenham? +
We run classes for all ages and levels: Junior Recreational (7-16), Junior Competitive (10-16), and adults (17+). Sessions include recreational boxing, competitive training, women's boxing, and personal training. Junior and adult structured classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Women's boxing runs Saturday morning. PT is arranged separately around coach availability.
Do I need boxing experience to join? +
No experience needed. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Our ABA-qualified coaches will teach you everything from stance and guard through to combinations and sparring when you are ready.
