Partner-supplied AICO demonstration showing camera-tracked boxing movement
Launching at H&G London Kidbrooke · Greenwich · SE3

Welcome to the
AI Boxing Lab

Multi-camera sparring capture. Structured review. Real boxing coaching.

Honour & Glory is bringing AICO's advanced camera tracking and analysis technology into a working London boxing gym, so suitable sparring can be seen from more angles and turned into a better conversation between boxer and coach.

Hero visual is a partner-supplied AICO demonstration, not footage from an H&G session.

Why build a boxing lab?

Because a round moves too quickly for memory alone

Boxers finish a round with a feeling. Coaches see patterns from ringside. A recording adds something different: the chance to pause, change angle and look again at the moment that kept repeating.

The AI Boxing Lab brings those views together inside H&G. For serious fighters, it can support a defined technical or tactical question. For recreational members, it signals the kind of club we are building: grounded in boxing craft, curious about useful technology and ambitious about the experience under our roof.

The H&G rule: technology must make the coaching conversation better. If it does not help the boxer understand what to train next, it is only a screen.

Inside the Lab

From four views to one useful next step

AICO's public description of its gym format specifies four Full-HD 60fps cameras, with multi-angle footage, highlights, performance information and progress history among the possible outputs. The exact output depends on the agreed session and usable footage.

  1. 01

    Capture more of the round

AICO publicly describes its gym setup as four Full-HD cameras recording at 60 frames per second, giving several views of suitable sparring rather than one phone angle.

  2. 02

    Find the moments worth reviewing

Usable footage can be organised into reviewable clips and available training information, helping a boxer and coach move through a round without relying on memory alone.

  3. 03

    Put the evidence in context

The sparring brief, opponent, fatigue and coaching priorities still matter. The technology contributes evidence; it does not declare who won or tell a coach what to think.

  4. 04

Take one action back to training

The useful outcome is not a screen full of numbers. It is a better conversation and a specific technical or tactical action that can be coached in the next session.

These short, silent partner demonstrations show the fixed camera and multi-angle analysis views. They are not footage from an H&G session. New footage from the London Lab will be added after the launch shoot.

Professionals

Bring a fight-camp question

Use a suitable recorded round to revisit pressure, movement, activity and the moments that matter to you and your team. The Lab adds another view of the work; your coaches remain in charge of the interpretation.

Competitive amateurs

Turn sparring into the next job

Look beyond the exchange you remember. Multi-angle review can help you find repeated patterns, discuss them with a coach and leave with one or two clearer things to practise.

Train in a gym that keeps moving forward

You do not need to spar to belong at H&G. The Lab is part of a broader idea: real boxing coaching, an ambitious community and useful technology under one roof.

Footage from the H&G Lab

New club footage and press-ready stills will replace or sit alongside the partner demonstrations after the H&G launch shoot and participant approval.

Built around boxing

What the Lab is, and what it is not

The system helps people revisit training. It does not score a bout, declare a winner, diagnose injury, decide who is ready to spar or replace a coach, referee or medical professional.

Consent first

No one is recorded by default

Everyone identifiable must understand the proposed recording and agree before it starts. The purpose, access, likely output and retention should be clear. Under-18 participation also follows H&G safeguarding and parent or carer consent requirements.

AI Boxing Lab FAQs

Who is the AI Boxing Lab for?

H&G welcomes enquiries from professional boxers, adult competitive amateurs and parents or guardians of under-18 competitors. Recreational members can also train at the club without sparring or agreeing to be recorded.

Can I book an AI Boxing Lab session now?

Access is arranged rather than automatic. Tell H&G your experience, whether you train at the club or are visiting, and what you want to learn. The team will confirm whether a suitable session is available.

Does the technology score sparring or replace a coach?

No. It does not score a bout, declare a winner, diagnose an injury or replace a boxing coach. H&G uses available footage and training information to support coach-led review.

Will every H&G member be recorded?

No. Recording requires a suitable session and informed agreement from everyone identifiable. No one has to be recorded in order to train at H&G.

Can journalists visit the Lab?

Journalists, producers and boxing media can request an interview, club visit or demonstration. Recording access depends on the proposed story, gym schedule and participant consent.
