Honour & Glory is an AICO partner gym with the system installed at our London club. Visiting professional and adult competitive amateur boxers can arrange to use it on their own suitable sparring, then revisit the important moments with a coach. A parent or guardian can enquire for an under-18 competitor.
Come with a question about your own boxing. The installed setup can capture the round from multiple angles, create reviewable footage and help turn what you see into the next training action. Access is arranged in advance and every recorded round remains coach-led.

Latest boxing technology at H&G
H&G is an AICO partner gym with the system installed in Kidbrooke. During a suitable, consented sparring session, it can capture the round from multiple angles and turn usable footage into highlights and available training information.
When you visit, the focus is your boxing: what keeps happening, which moments matter and what you and your coach can take into the next session. The technology helps you look again. It does not replace experienced eyes at ringside.

We confirm the purpose before anyone records, then keep the discussion tied to the boxer’s actual training.
Share your level, whether you train at H&G or are visiting, and what you want to learn from the round. We will confirm whether the system and a suitable session are available.
With consent in place, the installed AICO setup captures a controlled sparring round. The boxers still work to the coach’s brief and normal gym safety rules.
AICO can turn usable footage into highlights and available performance information. A coach helps put those observations back into the context of the round.
The aim is not to collect numbers. It is to leave with one or two specific things to practise, then test them in later training.

Technology supports the review
Your footage, your choice
Recorded sparring contains personal data. Everyone identifiable in the round must know what is being recorded and agree before the cameras are used. A boxer can train at H&G without agreeing to an AICO recording.
The purpose, expected output, access and retention for the proposed session should be clear before consent is given. If you are visiting with a coach or sparring partner, tell us when you enquire so the practical arrangements can be agreed properly.

Professional boxers can enquire about a visit or suitable recorded sparring review. Availability, coaching involvement and the exact session format are confirmed privately before anything is arranged.
Adult competitive amateurs can enquire for themselves. A parent or guardian must enquire for an under-18 boxer. Sparring at H&G is always coach-assessed and supervised, so using AICO does not create an automatic route into a sparring session or competitive squad.
No. H&G uses video and available training information to support a coach-led review. The system does not decide who won, determine whether someone is ready to spar, diagnose injury or override a coach or referee.
What you receive depends on the session and usable footage. It may include selected highlights and available information about activity, attack, defence, movement and work rate. H&G will explain the expected output before you agree to record.
Every identifiable boxer must understand and agree to the recording before it starts. Ask us about access, use and retention for the proposed session before giving consent. No one is required to be recorded in order to train at H&G.
