A professionally coached group boxing class using gloves and focus pads

H&G Private · Across Europe

Boxing that travels with the event.

A premium mobile boxing class for conferences, retreats, off-sites and private groups that want something more memorable than a standard wellness session.

Honour & Glory can bring the coaching, structure and compact equipment to a suitable venue anywhere in Europe. No previous boxing experience is needed and the standard event format is non-contact.

Enquiries are handled directly by Jon. Nothing is booked until the venue, format, travel and written quote are agreed.

Made for the programme

The class fits around the event - not the other way round

We build the running order, coach team, stations and equipment plan from the real group size and venue. The aim is a proper boxing experience that starts on time, includes the room and hands the programme back cleanly.

Conferences

A session people remember

Place a coached boxing experience inside a conference programme, leadership summit or client event without asking guests to find a gym.

Retreats

Shared effort, properly coached

Give the group a physical reset that is inclusive, structured and more purposeful than another generic wellness activity.

Off-sites and private groups

Built around your room

We adapt the class to the people, schedule and suitable venue - whether that is a hotel, resort, private residence, studio or event space.

The price

£200

per person / hour

Minimum 10 attendees: £2,000 for a one-hour class, plus travel.

Flights or rail, local transfers, accommodation, freight, venue requirements and any country-specific delivery costs are scoped and quoted separately before confirmation.

The hour

Structured enough for production. Human enough to be fun.

01

Arrival and safety brief

We inspect the agreed space, set equipment and explain the non-contact format.

02

Boxing fundamentals

The group learns stance, guard, movement and a small number of useful punches.

03

Pads and team drills

Coached pairs and stations create energy without unstructured contact or sparring.

04

Finish and reset

A controlled team challenge, cooldown and clean handover back to the event schedule.

International delivery

The glamorous part is the class. The useful part is the planning.

Before accepting a booking, we confirm the room, floor, access window, participant number, running order, equipment movement and local requirements. Larger groups may need additional coaches or stations to protect coaching quality and safety.

Event consultation

Give Jon the shape of the event

A city, date range, expected headcount and rough venue description are enough to begin. Jon will assess feasibility and come back privately before a detailed proposal is prepared.

01 Location, timing and venue feasibility.

02 Group format, staffing and equipment.

03 Written session and travel quote.

This request goes directly to Jon at Honour & Glory. We use the details only to assess and respond to the proposed event. Read our privacy policy.

Practical questions

What is the minimum booking? +

The minimum is 10 attendees. At £200 per attendee per hour, the minimum one-hour session fee is £2,000, plus travel and any agreed accommodation, freight, venue or local delivery costs.

Can Honour & Glory travel anywhere in Europe? +

Yes, subject to practical travel, venue, insurance, staffing and local requirements. Share the proposed city and country first; we will confirm feasibility before asking you to commit.

Does everybody need to take part? +

No. We agree the expected active group before quoting. Participants can work at an appropriate intensity, and the format can include observation or rotation where the venue and event brief require it.

Do you run sparring or contact boxing at events? +

No. The standard travelling class is a coached, non-contact experience using technique, movement, pads and controlled partner or team drills. It is not an improvised fight night.

What kind of venue is suitable? +

The venue needs a private, level, clear and appropriately ventilated space with safe access. Dimensions, floor, ceiling height, changing arrangements and any sound restrictions are checked before confirmation.

What is included in the £200 rate? +

The published rate covers the agreed one-hour coached class per attendee. Coach numbers, compact equipment and the delivery plan are set from the final group size and venue. Travel and other location-specific costs are quoted separately.

Can the event remain private? +

Yes. Enquiries go directly to Jon. We do not publish attendee names, event locations, photographs or footage without express permission, and reasonable confidentiality or NDA arrangements can be discussed.
