Classes run as normal in typical weather. We watch the Kidbrooke forecast for every session - if it turns unsafe during class hours (extreme heat, gale-force gusts, or snow and ice), we'll flag it right here and on the class WhatsApp, and cancel if we need to. Worth a quick check before you set off on a rough day.

Summer schedule: Junior Recreational runs 6pm to 7pm on Mon/Wed/Fri. It runs this way until 1 September. Junior Competitive still runs 6pm to 7:30pm.

Personal training runs by appointment, 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. On Thursdays there are no group classes - the gym is reserved for 1-to-1 sessions.

How the timetable works

Structured classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, with additional sessions on Saturday. On Thursdays the gym is reserved for 1-to-1 sessions, so there are no group classes that day. The timetable is fixed week to week. Book a trial first so Anton knows you are coming. You show up, you train.

Each class is led by a qualified coach and capped in size to keep the instruction quality high. Junior Recreational (7-16), Junior Competitive (10-16), Adult Recreational Boxing (17+), Adult Competitive Boxing (17+), and Women's Recreational Boxing (17+) all run on separate tracks. The filter above lets you view just the sessions relevant to you.

1-2-1 personal training sessions are available by appointment, 8am to 10pm seven days a week. Message via WhatsApp to check availability and book.

Common questions

Do I need to book in advance?

No booking is needed for group classes. First-timers should arrive 10 minutes early to meet the coach and get set up. If you are coming for a free trial, filling in the trial form in advance means we are expecting you.

What should I wear?

Comfortable training clothes - shorts or joggers, a t-shirt, and trainers. Hand wraps and gloves are useful from the second session onwards. For your first session, the gym can lend you gloves. Do not worry about kit for your trial.

Can I join mid-term or mid-month?

Yes. There are no terms. Classes run continuously. You can start any week. Membership is priced per session with no joining fee and no contract - you pay for what you use.

Which class is right for me if I am a complete beginner?

Adults start in the Adult Recreational class. Children aged 7-16 start in Junior Recreational. Children aged 10-16 who want the competition pathway can move into Junior Competitive. These classes are designed for complete beginners unless the coach moves you up.

Do the times change for bank holidays and school holidays?

Some sessions run at adjusted times during school holidays. The notice at the top of this page flags any current changes. For advance notice of upcoming changes, follow the club on Instagram or WhatsApp us directly.
