Junior Recreational returns to 5-6pm
Junior Recreational returns to its usual 5-6pm time on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Monday 31 August. Junior Competitive remains 6-7:30pm on those days.
New and updated adult sessions
- Thursday, 6-9pm: Open Boxing, uncoached
- Saturday, 9-10am: Adult Recreational and Adult Competitive, coached
- Saturday, 11am-2:30pm: Open Boxing, uncoached
- Sunday, 9am-12 noon: Open Boxing, uncoached
Open Boxing is independent training time rather than a coached class. It suits members and experienced visitors who can organise safe training or bring a suitable training partner. Complete beginners should start with a coached class or personal training.
Check the current timetable before travelling. Parents can book a free Junior Recreational trial, and adults who need instruction can use the Adult Recreational route.
