How

Free trial first

Your first group-class trial is still free. After that, show your NHS or service ID at the door so the discount can be applied.

Why we offer it

Boxing is hard training, but it should not be financially awkward for the people who serve the public and the country. NHS staff, soldiers, sailors and RAF personnel often work under pressure, around shifts, and with bodies that need to stay capable. A coached boxing class gives you fitness, focus, skill and stress release without a contract or a monthly direct debit.

This is not a special watered-down session. You train in the normal adult recreational class: warm-up, skipping, technical drills, pad work, bag work and conditioning. You do not need experience, and you do not have to spar or compete.

Which sessions are included?

The discount covers adult recreational classes, women's boxing and weekend open sessions. These are the routes most adults use for fitness, confidence, skill and stress relief. Personal training is separate because it is booked by appointment and priced differently.

What to bring

Bring comfortable training clothes, trainers, water and your NHS or service ID. If it is your first session, we can lend gloves. The key thing is to book the free trial first so we know you are coming and can point you to the right session.
