Women make up a significant proportion of our members, and some of our strongest fighters. Boxing personal training works particularly well for women because it is skill-based rather than ego-based. You are not competing with anyone. You are learning technique, getting fit and building genuine confidence.
Our coaches have worked with women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you want to lose weight, learn self-defence, get competition-ready or just do something that is not a spin class, we will build a programme around your actual goals.

WOMEN'S BOXING AT H&G
We run dedicated women's boxing classes alongside personal training. Many of our PT members started in group classes and moved to 1-to-1 once they wanted to progress faster. Others prefer the privacy of PT from day one. Either way works.
