2-on-1 personal training is a standard 60-minute coaching session with one coach and two people. The format works by splitting the session between pad work and bag work: one person works with the coach on the pads while the other works the heavy bag, then you rotate. Each person gets real coaching time, real instruction, and real feedback.

It works for anyone. Couples who want to train together, friends who want to try boxing, siblings, colleagues, a parent and their adult child. The only requirement is that there are two of you.

Pricing is straightforward: £60 for the session, split however you like. Most people pay £30 each. Your first session together is 50% off at £30 total. Try it before committing to anything.

HOW THE SESSION WORKS

WARM UP TOGETHER

The session opens with both of you. Skipping, shadow boxing, movement drills. The coach introduces the plan for the session and assesses where each of you is starting from.

PADS AND BAG, ROTATING

One person takes pad rounds with the coach. The other works the heavy bag on a prescribed drill. After each round, you rotate. No one is standing around. Both of you are working the whole time.

INDIVIDUAL FEEDBACK

Because the coach works with each person separately during pad rounds, you both get real technical feedback. Different skill levels are handled naturally. The coach adjusts the work for each person.

FINISH TOGETHER

Sessions close with conditioning work done as a pair: circuits, footwork drills, or sparring preparation depending on where you both are. You finish at the same time.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do we need to be the same fitness level?

No. That is one of the advantages of this format. One person works with the coach on the pads while the other works the bag. The coach alternates, so each person gets individual attention and the session is paced around both of you independently.

Can we book if we have no boxing experience?

Yes. Complete beginners are welcome. The coach will start both of you from scratch if needed, or work at different levels if one person already has some background.

Do we have to pay together?

No. You can pay separately on the day: £30 each. However you want to handle it is fine.

Who can come?

Anyone. Couples, friends, siblings, colleagues, parent and adult child. There is no restriction. If there are two of you who want to train, this is for you.

How long is the session?

60 minutes, the same as a standard 1-to-1 session.
