PT is not the free group-class trial. Message first so we can check coach availability.
Use boxing personal training when you want coach time built around you. It suits adults who want a quieter first step, beginners working on technique or fitness, and boxers who need focused correction outside a group class. Junior group trials should normally start with Junior Recreational.
Honour and Glory is based at 122 Broad Walk, close to Kidbrooke Village, Cator Park and Kidbrooke station. If you live nearby, PT can fit around work, study or family routines without adding a long journey. That matters because one private session is useful, but regular coaching is where the movement, timing and habits start to settle.
The training is boxing-first. A session usually includes warm-up, stance and movement checks, pad rounds with the coach, bag work, defensive habits and conditioning where it fits the goal. The coach is watching your feet, balance, guard, rhythm and punch shape throughout the session, not just counting rounds.
Who this is for
Group classes are the right start for many people. PT is for the cases where individual coach attention changes the outcome.
Learn stance, guard, footwork and basic punches privately before joining Adult Recreational.
Use focused pad rounds when one recurring habit needs more attention than a class can give.
Arrange paid coaching around work or family when the main timetable is difficult.
Add individual rounds when coaches want to sharpen specific details before a bout.
Booking route
PT needs a conversation because coach availability, age, goals and format matter. A nervous adult beginner, a parent asking for a child, and an experienced boxer preparing for competition should not all be pushed through the same form.
Solo PT gives you the coach to yourself. Duo PT works well for friends, couples, siblings or a parent and child. Trio PT keeps private coaching affordable for small groups while still giving direct coach attention.
If you only want to try a normal group class, use the free class trial instead. The trial is for scheduled group classes. PT is paid private coaching.
