Every round, every combination, every footwork drill is tailored to where you actually are - not where the rest of the class is.
Most beginners who start with personal training reach a competent level two or three times faster than those who start in group classes. The fundamentals are easier to absorb when someone is watching every movement and correcting in real time.

Your first session starts with an assessment - we want to understand your goals, your fitness level, and any previous experience or injuries. Then we get to work. Within 3-4 sessions most beginners have a solid foundation of stance, guard, basic punches and movement. By session 10, you will feel like a different boxer.
