THIS CLUB RUNS ON PEOPLE
Honour & Glory is a Community Interest Company. That means every penny goes back into the club, and a lot of the work that keeps it running is done by people who give their time because they believe in what we're doing.
Our coaches volunteer their evenings and weekends to train the next generation. Parents help set up. Former members come back to hold pads. It's how community boxing works - and it's what makes this place special.
If you want to be part of that, we'd love to hear from you. You don't need coaching qualifications or boxing experience. If you've got the time and the willingness, we'll give you everything else.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Assistant Coach
Help run sessions alongside our lead coaches. Hold pads, demonstrate drills, encourage new members. You'll learn coaching skills while making a direct impact.
Session Helper
Support the smooth running of sessions - signing people in, setting up equipment, making sure everyone's got wraps and gloves. Essential work that keeps things moving.
Event Support
Help at club shows, competitions, and community events. From setting up the ring to managing registration, events don't happen without volunteers.
Admin & Organisation
Help with social media, memberships, fundraising, or general admin. If you've got skills outside the ring, we can use them.
