Availability is 24/7 by appointment. A requested time is not reserved until H&G has confirmed the coach, address and access arrangements.

Public profile is never a requirement and never used as leverage. Whether the enquiry comes from a client, household, assistant, agent or security team, the same rule applies. We do not name private clients, publish locations, announce visits or film a session without explicit permission.
For households, representatives and security teams, we can agree the arrival name, contact route, equipment list, access window and reasonable confidentiality or NDA protocol in advance.

Do I need boxing experience?
No. The service is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced recreational, amateur and professional boxers. The first conversation establishes your current level and what the session should achieve.
Can the coach travel anywhere within the M25?
Yes. The published service covers suitable locations within the M25. We confirm the address, journey, access arrangements and safe training space before accepting the booking.
Does 24/7 mean I can request an overnight or very early session?
Yes. Sessions can be requested for any time of day or night. Every booking remains subject to coach availability, safe access and advance confirmation; 24/7 availability is not an instant on-demand guarantee.
What space do I need?
A clear, private and safe area is normally enough for padwork, movement, technique and conditioning. You do not need a boxing ring or heavy bag. We will establish what is suitable from your description before travelling.
What does the coach bring?
The exact equipment is agreed before the session. A typical mobile session can be planned around pads and compact training equipment, with gloves and any location-specific requirements confirmed during the consultation.
Is this only a celebrity or VIP boxing service?
No. H&G Private is designed to meet the privacy and scheduling needs of public figures, touring talent, executives and private clients, but the only requirement is that you value expert coaching, flexibility and discretion.
How is privacy handled?
Enquiries go directly to Jon at Honour & Glory. We do not use your name, location, photographs or footage for publicity without express permission. Reasonable access, security and confidentiality protocols can be agreed before the booking.
