Boxing is not a trend. It is not a fitness class with music and coloured lights. It is a skill, a discipline, and a way of training that has been changing lives for over a century. That is what we teach.
We believe beginners are the whole point. Every champion was a beginner once. The person walking through the door for the first time, nervous and unsure, deserves the same quality of coaching as the fighter preparing for a title bout. At Honour and Glory, they get it.
We believe boxing should be affordable. Five pounds for a session. No contracts. No joining fees. No direct debits. If you cannot afford it this week, come back next week. The gym will still be here.
We believe a gym should feel like a community, not a business. Our coaches make a point of getting to know the people who train here. The juniors who train here week after week will have their corner supported at their first bout by the same coaches who taught them to wrap their hands. That matters.
We believe the sport itself is enough. Our focus is simple: good coaching, proper equipment and a welcoming training culture. You need a coach who knows what they are doing, a gym that is properly equipped, and a culture where everyone is welcome and nobody is invisible.
Our standard
Honour & Glory is a safe, respectful boxing club for people from every background. Immigrants, LGBTQ+ members, women, men, parents, children, beginners, competitors and nervous first-timers all share the same floor here.
The rule is simple: train hard, respect others, leave the ego outside. No bullying, no intimidation, no toxic gym culture.
