PERSONAL TRAINING THAT WORKS
Boxing can be a strong way to support weight loss because you are moving, learning and being coached throughout the session. Pad work, bag work, footwork drills and conditioning rounds keep the work varied. The exact effect depends on effort, consistency and your wider routine.
Unlike a gym programme, boxing PT does not get boring. Every session you are learning and refining technique. You have something to focus on beyond just the calorie count. That is why people stick with it when they have quit everything else.
For weight-loss PT, the coaching can include boxing nutrition support from Coach Jon: simple food timing, protein, portions, hydration and recovery habits around your training. This is not a medical diet plan or a crash-diet service. It is practical support so your food habits help the boxing rather than cancelling it out.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first session will be an assessment. We find your baseline - fitness level, coordination, any injuries or limitations. From there we build a programme around your specific goals. Weight loss PT is different from competition prep PT. We design it accordingly.
If food habits, energy or recovery are part of the problem, say that when you enquire. We can build the PT plan around training plus boxing nutrition support, instead of pretending the workout alone solves everything.
