White Collar Boxing Training

Got an 8 to 12 week white collar boxing event coming up? Train at Honour & Glory in Kidbrooke before fight night, not just in a crowded promoter camp.

Fridays 7:30-9:00pm, controlled sparring, simple fight plans, and direct coaching for beginners from Greenwich, Woolwich, Blackheath, Lewisham, and across South East London.

The short answer

If your event is soon

Message us with the fight date, organiser, weight, and experience level. We will tell you honestly what can be fixed in the time left.

If you are a beginner

Start with stance, guard, defence, and controlled sparring. Fitness matters, but panic under punches is what catches most first-timers.

If you are not signed up yet

Try a normal class first. Check the class timetable, then use the free trial before committing to a show.

What is white collar boxing?

White collar boxing brings boxing to complete beginners. Promoters like Ultra White Collar Boxing, Peacock WCB, and White Collar Fight Club run events across the UK where novice fighters train for 8-12 weeks, then compete at black-tie shows in front of hundreds of people.

Most people who sign up have never thrown a punch. That is the point. You raise money for charity, get seriously fit, and do something most people will not. But the preparation matters. Turning up to fight night without proper coaching is a bad idea.

Who is this for?

Anyone preparing for a white collar boxing event. Whether you have signed up for UWCB, Peacock, White Collar Fight Club, or any other UK show, this programme gets you from zero to fight-ready.

No experience required. Most people who do white collar events have never boxed before. That is exactly who this is for. You will train alongside our recreational class on Friday evenings, with specific coaching tailored to your fight preparation.

If your event is more or fewer than 10 weeks away, we will adjust. The programme is flexible and we will work around your timeline.

Why train with us

Real coaching, not circuits

White collar promoters run group training camps, but they are designed to get hundreds of people through the door. You will learn the basics, but the coaching is limited. We focus on making sure you can actually box, not just survive.

Experienced corner team

On fight night, having someone in your corner who knows what they are doing makes a real difference. We will be there, giving you the right instructions between rounds.

Proper sparring

You cannot prepare for a fight without sparring. We introduce it gradually, in a controlled environment, so you know what it feels like to throw and receive punches before the event.

Small group, focused attention

You will train as part of a small group, not a packed room of 40 people. That means actual feedback on your technique, not just being told to hit the bag harder.
