Getting Here

The gym is at 122 Broad Walk, Kidbrooke, London SE3 8ND. Free parking is on site. From Beckenham Junction the drive via the A2 takes around 16 minutes. From Beckenham Hill the route is similar.

The distance makes the club genuinely accessible for an evening session or a Saturday morning class.

What the Club Offers

Honour and Glory is ABA affiliated, run by ABA/Alliance-credentialed coaches, and founded in 2020. It has over 200 members and a 4.9-star Google rating from more than 40 reviews. This is a serious boxing club, not a fitness franchise.

Adult sessions run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30pm to 9pm. The cost is £10 per session. No contract, no joining fee, no direct debit.

Children start in Junior Recreational for ages 7 to 16, with Junior Competitive from age 10 where suitable. Junior Recreational runs Mon/Wed/Fri 6-7pm from 1 July to 1 September; Junior Competitive runs Mon/Wed/Fri 6-7:30pm. Women's sessions run every Saturday from 10am to 11am.

The Gym Environment

The facility has a full-size ring, heavy bags, speed equipment, and proper floor space. The coaching is technical and progressive. Members are taught properly, not just put through circuits with boxing gloves as a prop.

Both competitive and recreational members train side by side. The balance works because the coaching standard is consistent across both groups.
