Honour and Glory Boxing Club offers junior boxing for children from age 7. All coaches are DBS checked. The sessions are structured and the coaching is age-appropriate for both groups.

Infants and Juniors

Safety

All coaches are DBS checked. Sparring is only introduced for juniors who are technically ready and have parental consent. The gym is supervised throughout sessions and the coaching staff takes safeguarding seriously.

What Children Should Bring

Comfortable sports kit and trainers. Hand wraps and light gloves become useful after a few sessions. The coaches can advise on equipment at the trial session.
