BOXING PT FOR BECKENHAM RESIDENTS
Beckenham is about 20 minutes from Honour and Glory by car, or 30 minutes by train from Beckenham Junction to Kidbrooke. Of the gyms within reach, very few have the boxing infrastructure we have - a proper ring, full bag setup, and coaches who have worked with competitive amateur boxers from age 10 upwards.
Our 1-to-1 sessions are not generic personal training sessions with boxing pads thrown in. They are structured boxing coaching. You will learn how to stand, how to move, how to hit with power and accuracy, and how to defend. Whether you want to get fit, build confidence or take your first steps towards competition, the coaching here is built around actual boxing.

REAL BOXING GYM
Ring, heavy bags, speed balls, full facilities. Your technique improves faster in a proper boxing environment than in a multipurpose fitness studio.
COMMUNITY CLUB
We are a community boxing club. No contracts, no joining fee, no pressure. Group classes are £5-10 per session. Personal training pricing is available on request.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first session starts with the basics: stance, guard, movement. Our coaches will assess where you are and build a plan around your goals. No two sessions are identical because no two people have identical needs.
Typical sessions include warm-up, technical work, pad rounds with your coach and bag work. You will learn combinations, develop timing and practise defence. It is hard work, but it is work that goes somewhere.
Our coaching team is ABA-qualified and affiliated with the Amateur Boxing Alliance, with BBBofC professional experience led by Anton Pattenden. They have trained fighters who compete at regional and national level. You are getting proper coaching, not generic personal training with boxing gloves.
