No. Sparring is always optional and only happens when you are ready. Many women in our classes never spar and that is perfectly fine.

We are 18 minutes from Hayes by car. By public transport it takes around 50 minutes via Southeastern via Lewisham. Free parking is available at our Kidbrooke gym, 122 Broad Walk, SE3 8ND.

WOMEN'S BOXING AT HONOUR AND GLORY
