Pay as you go
A clear Falconwood guide for comparing group classes, no-contract pricing, a free scheduled group-class trial and paid private coaching at the Kidbrooke gym before you book.
If you live in Falconwood and want the cost question answered before you book, start with the route choice. Separate scheduled group classes from paid personal training, check the pay-as-you-go setup, and choose the class route that fits the person training.
Honour and Glory is in Kidbrooke, with Falconwood visitors commonly weighing the short A2 drive, Falconwood station rail option and local bus routes before committing. The useful comparison is not only price. It is whether the class format, coaching attention, parking and first-session support fit your week.
The main group-class routes are pay as you go. There is no joining fee and no monthly contract for those routes. A free class trial is available for scheduled group classes so adults, parents and teenagers can try the room before deciding what to book next.
Personal training is different. Solo, Duo and Trio PT are paid private coaching routes and depend on coach availability, format and goals. If you want individual coach time rather than a normal group session, use the Falconwood PT route or WhatsApp first.
Current class routes
Use these cards as the quick route chooser. They show the current class names, age ranges, schedules and prices from the class records, then link to the full class routes if you need more detail.

A coach-led route for juniors ready for a more committed competitive pathway, not something to force on a first visit.
Ages 17+
Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30-9:00pm; Sat 9:00-10:00am
£10/session; team sessions from £5 after coach invite
For adults who are thinking beyond general fitness and want coaches to assess whether the competitive pathway is sensible.
No-contract model
You pay for the group sessions you attend. There is no membership to justify, no joining fee to recover and no need to guess your long-term routine before you have tried the class.
That matters from Falconwood because cost only helps when it is tied to coaching quality, class fit and a route you can keep attending from the station side, Falconwood Park, Welling edge or Blackfen edge.
Use the class cards and the central prices route to choose the right first step. Adults usually start with the recreational or competitive choice depending on experience and goals. Parents should start with the junior route. PT is for people who want individual coach time.
First session
The free trial is a normal class trial. Adults can use it to try the adult group route. Parents can use it for the junior group route. If you are interested in competition, the first visit is still a sensible place for coaches to assess the right starting point.
Bring comfortable training clothes, trainers and water. If you do not own boxing kit yet, do not buy everything before you have spoken to a coach. It is better to understand the class, the pace and the route before spending money on equipment.
If you want Solo, Duo or Trio personal training instead, message first. PT depends on coach availability and format, so it should be handled as a paid enquiry rather than forced through a group-class booking form.
If price alone is not enough to decide, use these Falconwood routes to narrow the choice. They separate beginner support, parent questions, women-specific training, fitness goals and paid private coaching before you choose a group trial or PT enquiry.
More help choosing the first class if you are new to boxing or nervous about walking into a club.
Parent decision support for children and teenagers starting in structured group classes.
Women-specific and mixed-class routes for Falconwood women who want proper boxing coaching.
Use boxing for fitness without turning the first visit into a vague gym comparison.
Check the central class-price route if you want the full source before booking.
Solo, Duo and Trio private coaching by WhatsApp. This is not the free group-class trial route.
Book a scheduled group-class trial if you want to test the coaching room, the Falconwood class choice and the pay-as-you-go model together. If you already know you need private coach time, skip the group trial and use the paid PT route instead.
