OPEN SESSIONS

Sat 12-2:30pm, Sun 8:30am-2:30pm - All ages

£10/session

No booking, no set structure, no pressure. The gym is open, the bags are out, and you train however you want.

Open sessions are our weekend drop-in. Turn up any time between 8:30am and 2:30pm, pay at the door, and do your thing. Work the bags, skip rope, do floor work, shadow box. Coaches are around if you want guidance, but this is your time.

It's popular with members who want extra training on top of their weekly classes, but also with people who just want a flexible way to train without committing to a timetable.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE

HEAVY BAGS

Work on your combinations, power shots, or just sweat it out. Gloves available to borrow.

SKIPPING & FLOOR WORK

Ropes, mats, space for shadow boxing and bodyweight circuits.

PAD WORK

Bring a training partner and use the pads, or ask a coach if they're free for a few rounds.

COACHING AVAILABLE

Coaches are on site. If you want feedback or help with technique, ask. That's what they're there for.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Members wanting extra work. Use the weekend to practise what you learned during the week. No substitute for class time, but a good supplement.

People who prefer flexibility. Can't commit to the same nights every week? Open sessions mean you can train when it suits you.

Families. Parents and kids can train at the same time. Different ages, same gym, same session.

Anyone wanting a gym with boxing bags. Heavy bags, speed balls, floor space and coaching on hand - without a gym chain membership or class booking. Just walk in.

Anyone curious about boxing. Drop in, have a look around, hit the bags, see if it's for you. Lowest possible commitment.
