Sessions and Pricing

Recreational adult boxing runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30pm to 9pm. The cost is £10 per session. There is no contract, no joining fee, and no direct debit. You attend when you want to and pay only for the sessions you come to.

For younger members, Junior Recreational covers ages 7 to 16 and runs Mon/Wed/Fri 5-6pm. Junior Competitive covers ages 10 to 16 and runs Mon/Wed/Fri 6-7:30pm.

The women's boxing class runs on Saturday mornings, 10am to 11am, at £10 per session.

Getting There from Downham

By car, the most practical route from Downham is to head north through Catford and then take the A21 and A2 corridor toward Kidbrooke. The drive is typically around 27 minutes in normal traffic.

What the Training Involves

Sessions include technical boxing instruction, bag work, pad work, and conditioning. The coaches teach proper technique: stance, defence, movement, and punching with structure. This is not an aerobics class with gloves.
