Looking for a boxing gym near Downham? Honour & Glory is just 27 minutes away in Kidbrooke. We're based at the Samuel Montagu Youth Centre - easy to reach by car via the A20, with free parking on site.

We already train members from Downham, Grove Park, Catford, and Bellingham. As an ABAE affiliated charitable club, we offer professional boxing coaching for all ages - from 5-year-olds learning the basics to adults training for competition.
