Two Age Groups

The club runs two separate junior programmes with different session structures.

Junior Recreational is for children aged 7-16. It focuses on movement, coordination, listening and basic technique in a structured, non-contact setting. Sessions run Mon/Wed/Fri 5-6pm.

Juniors boxing covers ages 10 to 16. This group trains with more technical depth. Older juniors who show consistent commitment can progress towards light technical sparring and, if they are interested, the competition pathway through the ABA.

Both groups train from 5pm on Mon/Wed/Fri evenings. The cost is £10 per session.

Coaching Standards

All coaches are DBS checked. The club holds ABA affiliation and coaching team is ABA/Alliance-credentialed, with BBBofC professional experience led by Anton Pattenden, which are nationally recognised credentials for boxing instruction.
