Boxing can help adults build fitness, strength, coordination and routine. Many men also find that regular training improves confidence and energy.

That is enough. A boxing club should not sell training as hormone optimisation.

If you have concerns about testosterone, fatigue, libido, mood or health, speak to a clinician. The NHS warns that the phrase "male menopause" can be misleading, and that true testosterone deficiency needs proper assessment and blood tests.

Exercise may be part of a healthier routine. The NHS adult activity guidance is a useful baseline for general fitness, but medical questions need medical advice.

Start with Adult Recreational boxing or boxing personal training.
