PERSONAL TRAINING THAT WORKS

Not everyone who trains boxing wants to fight. Fitness boxing is training that uses all the drills and conditioning of competitive boxing - pad work, bag work, footwork, combinations - without any contact between participants. You develop real boxing skills and get seriously fit without any sparring.

This is the most popular format for our adult PT members. The structure of boxing gives you something to improve each session. The conditioning is more demanding than almost any gym workout. And the pad work with a skilled coach is genuinely engaging in a way that a treadmill is not.

WHO FITNESS BOXING PT IS FOR

Fitness boxing PT suits anyone who wants to get fit in a structured, engaging way that teaches a real skill. Most members are adults who tried group fitness classes and found them repetitive. Some are former athletes who want the intensity of sport without the injury risk of contact. All levels welcome.
