WOMEN'S BOXING AT HONOUR AND GLORY

Our women-only boxing sessions near Slade Green give women a dedicated space to learn proper technique without having to guess what will happen when they walk in. The coaching is direct, patient and practical: how to stand, how to punch, how to move, how to protect yourself and how to build fitness through boxing.

Sessions cover boxing technique, pad work, bag work and conditioning. You will learn how to wrap your hands, throw combinations, move your feet and build timing. You can keep training for fitness, move into mixed classes, book personal training or work towards competitive boxing later.

Some women want women-only sessions. Others prefer mixed adult classes once they have found their feet. Both are open. The important thing is that the first session feels clear, coached and normal enough that you want to come back.
