We run classes for all ages and levels: Infants (5-9), Juniors (10-16), and Seniors (17+). Sessions include recreational boxing, amateur competition training, women's boxing, and personal training. Classes run Monday to Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.

No experience needed. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Our BBBofC licensed coaches will teach you everything from stance and guard through to combinations and sparring when you are ready.
