Adult Recreational
The main group route for boxing fitness, bags, pads, footwork and fundamentals without needing to compete.
Adult classFitness through real boxing
A route for Hither Green adults who want fitness, sweat and routine, but still want to learn boxing rather than follow a generic circuit.
If you want boxing fitness near Hither Green, the best route is one that still teaches boxing. Honour and Glory is not a machines-only gym or a vague bootcamp. Adult sessions use stance, guard, footwork, bags, pads and coach-led rounds to build fitness through skill and consistency.
You do not need to be fit before you start. The first trial helps you check whether the pace, coaching and room feel right. Some adults come for conditioning and routine. Some want to learn the sport properly. Some later move towards more technical training. The shared starting point is a class where the work is coached.
From Hither Green, the club in Kidbrooke is practical for a first test: use the train to Kidbrooke and walk, take the bus via Lee Green, or drive and park at the venue. Book the free group-class trial if you want class-based boxing fitness. Use paid PT if you want a private plan, individual correction or a slower start.
Use the links below to choose by person and purpose before booking. If you are choosing for a child, start with the junior route. If you are new as an adult, start with the beginner route. If you want women-specific training, use the women's route. If price or private coaching matters, check the current prices or the Hither Green PT route first.
