Classes run weekdays from 5pm at 122 Broad Walk, Kidbrooke, SE3 8ND.

Two Age Groups

Infants (ages 7 to 9): The younger group works on movement, coordination, and basic technique at a pace that suits the age. Sessions are shorter and the emphasis is on building habits: feet active, guard up, listening to instructions. Children at this age absorb technique well when it is introduced progressively.

Juniors (ages 10 to 16): Longer sessions, more technical work, controlled pad rounds with coaches, and the option to compete in amateur bouts at the appropriate stage. Several junior members from around Eltham and Falconwood have represented the club in ABA competitions.
