Eltham PTThe Kidbrooke gym is at 122 Broad Walk, SE3 8ND. By car from Eltham, allow for the short A2 route and use the venue parking. By public transport, check the 132 or 286 bus route, or train to Kidbrooke and the final walk. If the travel, price or class fit is uncertain, message before booking.
Expect warm-up work, movement, bag rounds, pad rounds and corrections. Fitness comes from repeated coached effort, not promises about quick transformations.

The 286 runs from Eltham High Street to Kidbrooke. Get off at Broad Walk - we're right there. About 15 minutes door to door.
Eltham to Kidbrooke is one stop on Southeastern trains. Then an 8-minute walk south to the gym.
