YOUR SESSIONS
We start with the basics and build from there. Stance, guard, basic punches - these are your foundation. Once you've got those, we add footwork, combinations, defensive moves and timing work.
Each session includes warm-up, technical work, pad rounds with your coach and bag work. You'll sweat. You'll also learn. That's the difference between boxing PT and regular PT.
Our coaches hold British Boxing Board of Control licences and England Alliance Boxing affiliation. They've trained people from complete beginners to competitive amateurs. Whatever your goal, they'll help you get there.
