Pay as you go

BOXING CLASSES AND PRICES NEAR BROMLEY

A practical BR1 route for comparing group classes, no-contract pricing, free scheduled trials and paid private coaching at the Kidbrooke gym.

If you live in Bromley and want to know the class cost before you book, start by separating the routes. A parent booking for a child, an adult beginner, someone looking for women-specific training, a fitness-led adult and a private coaching enquiry do not all need the same first step.

Honour and Glory is the club in Kidbrooke, not a Bromley high-street gym. That keeps the decision honest: choose by class fit, first-session setup, travel plan and whether the price model suits occasional or regular training.

The main group classes are pay as you go. There is no joining fee and no monthly contract for those routes, so you do not need to commit to a membership before you know whether the room, coaching style and travel pattern work for you.

Personal training is separate. Solo, Duo and Trio PT are paid private coaching routes, arranged by WhatsApp around coach availability, goals and format. If you want individual coach time, use the paid PT route rather than the free group-class trial form.

For Bromley visitors, price is useful only when it leads to the right first route: scheduled group trial, junior class, women-specific route or paid PT enquiry.

No-contract model

What pay as you go means here

You pay for the group sessions you attend. There is no membership to justify, no joining fee to recover and no need to decide how often you will train before you have tried the class.

That matters for Bromley because the first decision is not only the price. It is whether the class route fits your age, confidence, goal and travel pattern from home, school or work. The trial lets you test the coaching room before treating boxing as part of your week.

Use the class cards to narrow the decision. Adults usually start with the recreational route unless they are already aiming for competitive training. Parents should start with Junior Recreational and let coaches advise on progression. PT is for people who need individual coach time, not a shortcut into a free private session.

Which route should I choose?

Adult beginner or fitness goal
Start with Adult Recreational, or read the Bromley beginners and fitness routes if you want more context first.
Child or teenager
Start with Junior Recreational. Parents can read the Bromley kids and parents routes before booking.
Competition aim
Read the Competitive Boxing route and use your first group session to ask coaches where you should start.
Private coaching
Use the Bromley paid PT route. PT is arranged by WhatsApp and is not the free group-class trial.

First session

Use the free trial for group classes

The free trial is a normal scheduled class trial. Adults can use it to try the adult group route. Parents can use it for the junior group route. Women choosing between the women-specific class and mixed adult sessions can use the class pages and trial form to pick the right starting point.

Bring comfortable training clothes, trainers and water. If you do not own boxing kit yet, do not buy everything before you have spoken to a coach. It is better to understand the class, the pace and the route before spending money on equipment.

If you want Solo, Duo or Trio personal training instead, message first. PT depends on coach availability and format, so it should be handled as a paid enquiry rather than forced through a group-class booking form.

TRY THE RIGHT CLASS FIRST

Book a scheduled group-class trial if you want to test the coaching room, the Bromley class choice and the pay-as-you-go model together. If you already know you need private coach time, skip the group trial and use the paid PT route instead.
