Review cadence
We review correction batches before each named H&G All-Time Index release.
Small copy, display or source-cleanup fixes may ship as patch releases such as v1.2.3. Methodology changes or material reranks get a named minor or major release, such as v1.3 or v2.0.
We do not silently rewrite a frozen version without a release note.
