What Happens in a First Session

You start with a group warm-up, then move into basic technique. Coaches will show you your stance, guard, and the fundamental punches before you go anywhere near a bag.

Nobody is thrown into sparring. The first few sessions are about building foundations. Footwork, punch mechanics, how to hold yourself defensively. These are the things that make everything else work.
