WOMEN'S BOXING CLASSES NEAR CROYDON

Women-only Saturday boxing, mixed class options and beginner-friendly coaching in Kidbrooke, just 35 minutes from Croydon

If you are looking for women's boxing classes near Croydon, the useful question is not only whether the session is close. It is whether the coaching feels serious, safe and welcoming enough for you to keep coming back. Honour and Glory Boxing Club in Kidbrooke offers women-only boxing plus mixed adult classes for women who want proper boxing technique in a coached setting.

Women can start here as complete beginners. You will learn stance, guard, footwork, bag work and pad work before anything more advanced. Sparring is optional, not a test at the door. If you want the main hub for the offer, see our women's boxing classes in Greenwich and South East London. For the class route, start with women-only boxing sessions or the mixed recreational adults class.

Yes. We run dedicated women's boxing sessions, sometimes listed as ladies' boxing classes. You can also attend any of our mixed recreational classes.

Do I need to spar? +

No. Sparring is always optional and only happens when you are ready. Many women in our classes never spar and that is perfectly fine.

How do I get from Croydon to your gym? +

What does a women's boxing class involve? +

A women's boxing class covers warm-up work, stance, footwork, bag work, pad work, technique and conditioning. The aim is to teach real boxing in a controlled environment, not to force anyone into contact work.

WOMEN'S BOXING AT HONOUR AND GLORY

Our women-only boxing sessions near Croydon give women a dedicated space to learn proper technique without having to guess what will happen when they walk in. The coaching is direct, patient and practical: how to stand, how to punch, how to move, how to protect yourself and how to build fitness through boxing.

Sessions cover boxing technique, pad work, bag work and conditioning. You will learn how to wrap your hands, throw combinations, move your feet and build timing. You can keep training for fitness, move into mixed classes, book personal training or work towards competitive boxing later.

Some women want women-only sessions. Others prefer mixed adult classes once they have found their feet. Both are open. The important thing is that the first session feels clear, coached and normal enough that you want to come back.
