Pay as you go

BOXING CLASSES AND PRICES NEAR BEXLEY

A practical borough-wide guide for comparing group classes, no-contract pricing, free group-class trials and paid private coaching at the Kidbrooke gym.

If you live in Bexley, Bexleyheath, Welling, Sidcup or Crayford and want the cost question answered before you book, start with the route that matches the person training. Group classes, junior boxing, women-specific coaching, fitness-led boxing and private coaching do not all use the same booking path.

Honour and Glory is based at the club in Kidbrooke, not on a Bexley high street. That makes the decision simple: compare the class route, the no-contract model, the first-session setup and the travel plan before you book. If the right route is a scheduled group class, use the free trial. If the right route is individual coach time, use the paid PT enquiry route instead.

The main group-class routes are pay as you go. There is no joining fee and no monthly contract for those routes, so you do not need to guess your long-term routine before walking in. Try the room, ask the coach which route fits, then decide whether to keep coming.

Personal training is separate. Solo, Duo and Trio PT are paid private coaching routes. They depend on goals, format and coach availability, so they should be handled by WhatsApp rather than pushed through the free group-class trial form.

For Bexley visitors, the useful money question is whether the right first step is a group-class trial, a junior route, a women-specific class or a paid private coaching enquiry.

No-contract model

What pay as you go means here

You pay for the group sessions you attend. There is no membership to justify, no joining fee to recover and no need to decide whether boxing is your long-term routine before you have tried the class.

That matters for Bexley because the club is a deliberate trip to Kidbrooke. Price only helps when it is tied to coaching quality, class fit and a repeatable first-session plan. A nearby class can still be poor value if the coaching is vague or the route is wrong.

Use the class cards to narrow the decision. Adults usually start with the recreational or competitive route depending on experience and goals. Parents should start with Junior Recreational and let the coaches advise on progression. Women can use the Bexley women-specific route for more context before booking. PT is for people who need individual coach time rather than a normal group room.

Which route should I choose?

Adult beginner or fitness goal
Start with Adult Recreational, or read the Bexley beginners and fitness pages if you want more context first.
Child or teenager
Start with Junior Recreational. Parents can read the Bexley kids and parents pages before booking.
Competition aim
Read the Competitive Boxing page and use your first group session to ask coaches where you should start.
Private coaching
Use the paid PT route. PT is arranged by WhatsApp and is not the free group-class trial.

First session

Use the free trial for group classes

The free trial is a normal scheduled class trial. Adults can use it to try the adult group route. Parents can use it for the junior group route. Women choosing between the women-specific class and mixed adult sessions can use the class pages and trial form to pick the right starting point.

Bring comfortable training clothes, trainers and water. If you do not own boxing kit yet, do not buy everything before you have spoken to a coach. It is better to understand the class, the pace and the route before spending money on equipment.

If you want Solo, Duo or Trio personal training instead, message first. PT depends on coach availability and format, so it should be handled as a paid enquiry rather than forced through a group-class booking form.

TRY THE RIGHT CLASS FIRST

Book a scheduled group-class trial if you want to test the coaching room, the Bexley class choice and the pay-as-you-go model together. If you already know you need private coach time, skip the group trial and use the paid PT route instead.
