BEGINNER BOXING CLASSES NEAR BELVEDERE
A first-session route for Belvedere adults and juniors who are new to boxing.
If you are a beginner in Belvedere, the useful decision is whether you want a coached group trial or paid one-to-one help before joining a room. Honour and Glory is in Kidbrooke, so the page is clear about the adult and junior starting routes before you book.
Adult beginners usually use the adult group route. Juniors start separately through Junior Recreational. Both routes begin with stance, guard, movement, bags and pads. You do not need to arrive fit, polished or ready to spar. The trial is there to see the room, hear the instructions and decide whether the class level feels right.
If you want individual correction, use the paid personal training page. If you want a group-class trial, use the trial CTA and choose the class route that matches the person booking.
ADULT BEGINNERS
The main adult route for complete beginners travelling from Belvedere. Covers what to expect, fitness level, contact and how the free trial works.

Start with the route that matches who is training
Adults and juniors should not be pushed through the same first step. Adults use the adult beginner or recreational route. Children and teenagers use Junior Recreational. Paid PT is separate when a private start is better.
From Belvedere, the trial should answer the practical questions quickly: whether the coach explains clearly, whether the class pace feels right and whether the room feels welcoming enough to come back.
