BOXING FITNESS CLASSES NEAR ABBEY WOOD

A coached fitness route for SE2 adults who want boxing skill inside the workout.

Boxing fitness near Abbey Wood should not mean a generic circuit with boxing words attached. The Honour and Glory route is a coached class in Kidbrooke where fitness comes through stance, movement, bag rounds, pads, combinations and conditioning.

For Abbey Wood adults, the useful test is class fit: coached rounds, clear correction and enough structure to make training feel worth booking again. You are learning how to move and punch better, not just counting minutes on a machine.

Use the free group-class trial for Adult Recreational or the relevant scheduled class. If you want a private fitness route, use paid Abbey Wood personal training instead.
