The clocks have gone forward, the evenings are lighter, and that means one thing at Honour and Glory: extended training hours and outdoor sessions.
What is changing
Starting Monday 31 March 2026, our timetable expands:
- Monday and Wednesday evening classes now run 18:00-19:30 (previously 18:00-19:00)
- Saturday morning - Women's Boxing at 10:00am, Open Sessions from 11:00am
- Outdoor pad work returns on Thursday evenings (weather permitting) - meet at the usual spot
New to boxing?
We have had a lot of enquiries from people who want to try boxing but feel nervous about jumping straight in. The weekday Junior and Adult recreational classes are the right starting point - small groups, patient coaching, zero pressure. Get in touch and we will point you to the best session for your level. You do not need any equipment for your first few sessions.
Who should come
If you have been thinking about starting boxing, this is your moment. Spring is the best time to build a new habit - the lighter evenings make it easier to get to the gym after work, and you will be well established before summer.
Current members: nothing changes about your existing sessions. The extended Monday and Wednesday classes just give you more time on the bags and in sparring.
How to book
Drop us a message on Instagram, call the gym, or book a free trial. First session is always free.
