The London ABA International Belt Tournament takes place on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June 2026 at Wodson Park Leisure Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire.
This is one of the bigger amateur boxing dates on the June calendar. For clubs, boxers and families, the important bit is simple: arrive prepared, know the timings, and do not treat the weigh-in rules as flexible.

Official weigh-in times
Weigh-in runs from 8:00am to 10:00am on both days:
- Saturday 6 June: 8:00am to 10:00am
- Sunday 7 June: 8:00am to 10:00am
The official notice is clear: these rules are non-negotiable.
What boxers need to know
All boxers in semi-finals will box on Day 1. If a boxer wins and goes through to the final, they must weigh in again on Day 2.
Some finals may run on Day 1 this year, but that has not been confirmed yet.
The notice also says that if a boxer is only boxing on Day 1, they must still weigh in on Day 2 if required by the official tournament instructions.
Zero weight allowance
There is no weight allowance for any boxer at any level. That applies from Minor and Schoolboy level all the way up to Senior Elite.
Every time a boxer steps on the scales, on Saturday or Sunday, they must make exact weight. There are no allowances, no exceptions and no leeway.
That is not something to leave until the morning of the bout. If you are competing, speak to your coach, check your weight early, and prepare properly.
For H&G boxers and families
If you are part of Honour and Glory and involved in this tournament, follow your coach's instructions first. Coaches will confirm arrival times, bout order and any changes from the organisers.
For anyone new to the sport, this is the level of detail amateur boxing asks for. Training matters, but so does discipline outside the ropes: making weight, arriving on time, listening carefully, and being ready when your name is called.
