BEGINNER BOXING CLASSES NEAR SIDCUP

A calm first route for Sidcup beginners who want coached boxing without guessing the class fit.

Sidcup beginners should judge boxing by the first coached session, not by whether they already feel fit or confident. The Kidbrooke gym is around 18 minutes by car from Sidcup, with free parking, so the useful first test is class pace, coaching tone and whether the group room feels clear enough to repeat.

Adult Recreational is the usual scheduled group route. Expect stance, guard, footwork, basic punches, pads or bags, and conditioning with coaching in the room. You do not need to spar on your first visit, and you do not need to arrive already in boxing shape.

If you want private correction, a quieter start or a fitness plan before joining a group, use the paid Sidcup personal training route. If you want to try the group format, book the free scheduled group-class trial.

Start with class fit, not a promise to transform overnight

The first class should tell you whether you understand the coaching, whether the pace is challenging but manageable and whether boxing gives you enough skill to stay engaged.

Use WhatsApp if you are unsure between Adult Recreational and paid PT. The free trial is for scheduled group classes; PT is paid, private and better for individual correction.
