Pay as you go
Compare group classes, pay-as-you-go pricing, free group-class trials and paid PT before travelling from New Eltham to the Kidbrooke gym.
If you live in New Eltham and want the cost question answered before booking, start with the route, not the cheapest line on a list. A child, a nervous adult beginner, a woman looking for a women-specific class and someone asking about private coaching need different first steps.
Honour and Glory trains from 122 Broad Walk in Kidbrooke. The New Eltham source lists a practical car route via Eltham and a direct bus option towards Kidbrooke. That makes the first visit simple enough to test without committing to a membership or buying every piece of kit in advance.
The group-class model is pay as you go. There is no joining fee and no monthly contract for the main group routes. The free trial applies to scheduled group classes only. Solo, Duo and Trio personal training are paid private coaching options and should be arranged by WhatsApp.
Use the cards below to compare the current class routes. The class names, age ranges, schedules and prices come from the class entries used across the site, so this page does not duplicate separate price or timetable promises in prose.

£10/session; team sessions from £5 after coach invite
For adults who are already thinking beyond general fitness and want coaches to assess the right route.
No-contract model
You pay for the group sessions you attend. There is no monthly membership to justify and no joining fee to recover. That keeps the first visit lower risk while you are still deciding whether the coaching style, journey and class mix fit your week.
For New Eltham families, the practical cost includes more than the session fee. Think about the trip through Eltham, parking at the gym, whether a parent can wait nearby and whether the class route is obvious before the first visit.
For adults, the same rule applies. If you want group training, book the free group-class trial. If you need private coaching around confidence, technique, fitness or competition prep, use the paid New Eltham PT route instead.
First session
The free trial is a normal scheduled class trial. Adults can use it to try the adult group route. Parents can use it for the junior group route. Women can choose the women-specific class where that feels like the right first step.
Bring comfortable training clothes, trainers and water. If you do not own boxing kit yet, avoid buying everything before you have spoken to a coach. It is better to understand the class and ask what you actually need.
If you want Solo, Duo or Trio personal training instead, message first. PT depends on coach availability and format, so it should be handled as a paid enquiry rather than pushed through a group-class booking form.
If price alone is not enough to choose, use these routes to narrow the decision by age, experience, training goal and private coaching need.
More help choosing the first class if you are new to boxing.
Parent decision route for children and teenagers starting in group classes.

Book a scheduled group-class trial if you want to test the coaching room, the New Eltham class choice and the pay-as-you-go model together. If you already know you need private coach time, use the paid PT route or WhatsApp us.
