Fitness with skill
For Charlton adults who want training that uses real boxing technique, not a generic circuit with gloves on.
Training route
Charlton has ordinary gyms, parks and running routes. Honour and Glory is the option when you want fitness that makes you think: stance, footwork, rounds, bags, pads and conditioning with a coach in the room.
Boxing can support weight loss and conditioning goals, but the club should not promise shortcuts. The value is training that is hard to coast through because there is always something technical to improve.
Most fitness-focused adults should start with a scheduled group-class trial. Use Adult Recreational or another suitable group route, then judge whether the coaching style and class rhythm give you a habit you are likely to keep.
The main coached adult group route for boxing fitness, bags, pads and conditioning.

Charlton PT
Charlton test
The first class should show whether boxing keeps you engaged. You should understand what you are practising, where your technique needs work and how the rounds are structured.
From Charlton, use the short drive and on-site parking to remove friction from the first visit. If the class feels clear and challenging, then check prices and timetable routes before making it regular.
It can be, because it combines movement, technique, conditioning and focus. Results depend on regular training, recovery and effort.
No. Start from your current level and let the coach help you build.
Adult Recreational is usually the clearest group route. Use paid PT if you want private fitness support.
