If you live in Bexleyheath and want the cost question answered before booking, start with the route that matches the person training. A parent choosing for a child, an adult beginner, a woman comparing class environments, a fitness-focused adult and someone looking for private coaching all need slightly different next steps.

Honour and Glory trains from the club in Kidbrooke at 122 Broad Walk. For Bexleyheath visitors, that makes the decision practical rather than complicated: compare the class route, the pay-as-you-go model, parking, first-session setup and whether you need a group room or individual coach time.

The main group-class routes are pay as you go, with no joining fee and no monthly contract. That matters when you are travelling from Bexleyheath because you can try the coaching, the class pace and the room before deciding whether to keep coming.

Personal training is separate. Solo, Duo and Trio PT are paid private coaching routes arranged by WhatsApp. Use the free trial only when you want a scheduled group-class first visit.

Coach-led padwork at Honour and Glory for Bexleyheath class visitors
For Bexleyheath visitors, price only helps when it leads to the right route: group-class trial for classes, WhatsApp for paid private coaching.

No-contract model

What pay as you go means here

You pay for the group sessions you attend. There is no membership to justify, no joining fee to recover and no need to guess your long-term routine before you have tried the class.

That is useful for Bexleyheath because the club is a deliberate trip to Kidbrooke. A cheap class is not automatically good value if the coaching is vague, the first visit is confusing or the route is wrong for the person training.

Use the class cards to narrow the decision. Adults usually start with the recreational or competitive route depending on experience and goals. Parents should start with Junior Recreational and let the coaches advise on progression. Women can use the Bexleyheath women-specific route for more context before booking. PT is for people who need individual coach time rather than a normal group room.

Which route should I choose?

Adult beginner or fitness goal
Start with Adult Recreational, or read the Bexleyheath beginners and fitness routes if you want more context first.
Child or teenager
Start with Junior Recreational. Parents can read the Bexleyheath kids and parents routes before booking.
Competition aim
Read the Competitive Boxing class route and use your first group session to ask coaches where you should start.
Private coaching
Use the Bexleyheath paid PT route. PT is arranged by WhatsApp and is not the free group-class trial.

First session

Use the free trial for group classes

The free trial is a normal scheduled class trial. Adults can use it to try the adult group route. Parents can use it for the junior group route. Women choosing between the women-specific class and mixed adult sessions can use the class pages and trial form to pick the right starting point.

Bring comfortable training clothes, trainers and water. If you do not own boxing kit yet, do not buy everything before you have spoken to a coach. It is better to understand the class, the pace and the route before spending money on equipment.

If you want Solo, Duo or Trio personal training instead, message first. PT depends on coach availability and format, so it should be handled as a paid enquiry rather than forced through a group-class booking form.
