If you live in Bexleyheath and want the cost question answered before booking, start with the route that matches the person training. A parent choosing for a child, an adult beginner, a woman comparing class environments, a fitness-focused adult and someone looking for private coaching all need slightly different next steps.
Honour and Glory trains from the club in Kidbrooke at 122 Broad Walk. For Bexleyheath visitors, that makes the decision practical rather than complicated: compare the class route, the pay-as-you-go model, parking, first-session setup and whether you need a group room or individual coach time.
The main group-class routes are pay as you go, with no joining fee and no monthly contract. That matters when you are travelling from Bexleyheath because you can try the coaching, the class pace and the room before deciding whether to keep coming.
Personal training is separate. Solo, Duo and Trio PT are paid private coaching routes arranged by WhatsApp. Use the free trial only when you want a scheduled group-class first visit.
Current class routes
Use these cards as the quick chooser. The class name, age range, schedule and price come from the current class records, then each card links to the full class route for the detail.
Ages 17+
Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30-9:00pm
£10/session
The normal first group-class route for Bexleyheath adults who want proper boxing technique, fitness and a coached room without a private booking.
Ages 7-16
Mon/Wed/Fri 6-7pm from 1 July to 1 September
£8.50/session
The usual starting point for children and teenagers whose parent wants structured boxing coaching rather than a loose activity slot.
Ages 10-16
Mon/Wed/Fri 6:00-7:30pm
£8.50/session; team sessions from £5 after coach invite
A coach-led route for juniors who are ready for a more committed competitive pathway, not something to force on a first visit.
Ages 17+
Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30-9:00pm
£10/session; team sessions from £5 after coach invite
For adults who are thinking beyond general fitness and want coaches to assess whether the competitive pathway is sensible.
No-contract model
You pay for the group sessions you attend. There is no membership to justify, no joining fee to recover and no need to guess your long-term routine before you have tried the class.
That is useful for Bexleyheath because the club is a deliberate trip to Kidbrooke. A cheap class is not automatically good value if the coaching is vague, the first visit is confusing or the route is wrong for the person training.
Use the class cards to narrow the decision. Adults usually start with the recreational or competitive route depending on experience and goals. Parents should start with Junior Recreational and let the coaches advise on progression. Women can use the Bexleyheath women-specific route for more context before booking. PT is for people who need individual coach time rather than a normal group room.
First session
The free trial is a normal scheduled class trial. Adults can use it to try the adult group route. Parents can use it for the junior group route. Women choosing between the women-specific class and mixed adult sessions can use the class pages and trial form to pick the right starting point.
Bring comfortable training clothes, trainers and water. If you do not own boxing kit yet, do not buy everything before you have spoken to a coach. It is better to understand the class, the pace and the route before spending money on equipment.
If you want Solo, Duo or Trio personal training instead, message first. PT depends on coach availability and format, so it should be handled as a paid enquiry rather than forced through a group-class booking form.
If you are not ready to book from the price guide alone, use these Bexleyheath routes to narrow the decision. They separate beginner support, parent questions, women-specific training, fitness goals and paid private coaching before you choose a group trial or PT enquiry.
More help choosing the first class if you are new to boxing or nervous about walking into a club.
Parent decision route for children and teenagers starting in structured group classes.
Women-specific and mixed-class routes for Bexleyheath women who want proper boxing coaching.
Use boxing for fitness without turning the first visit into a vague gym comparison.
Parent-first guidance on junior classes, first-session expectations and sensible progression.
Solo, Duo and Trio private coaching by WhatsApp. This is not the free group-class trial route.
Book a scheduled group-class trial if you want to test the coaching room, the Bexleyheath class choice and the pay-as-you-go model together. If you already know you need private coach time, skip the group trial and use the paid PT route instead.
