We have members in their 40s, 50s and 60s who box at a level that would surprise most people. The key is technical boxing training combined with smart conditioning - not punishing yourself to prove something.

Adult PT at H&G covers the full range - pure fitness, weight loss, learning to box properly, and yes, competition for those who want it. Amateur boxing has no upper age limit. We have members who competed for the first time in their 40s. If that interests you, we will work towards it.
