Injuries do not have to stop your training entirely. Boxing personal training can be adapted to work around most injuries - knee problems, shoulder issues, back pain - with technique modifications that maintain your fitness and skill development while protecting the affected area.

Our coaches are experienced at training people with injuries. We work with your physiotherapist or sports doctor where appropriate, and we never push through pain. The goal is to keep you training productively while supporting your recovery.
