Every session at Honour & Glory is a full-body workout. Skipping, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, core conditioning. You'll burn more calories than any treadmill - and learn a genuine skill while doing it.
WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE

MINUTES
Warm-up: skipping, shadow boxing, movement drills

Technique: stance, guard, combinations on pads with a coach

Bag rounds: put it together on the heavy bags. This is where it clicks.

Conditioning: core work, circuits, stretching. Done.
WHY BOXING BEATS THE GYM
Full-body conditioning
Boxing works everything - legs from footwork, core from rotation, arms and shoulders from punching, cardio from the intensity. One sport, complete fitness.
Stress relief that actually works
There is nothing in the world like hitting a heavy bag after a bad day. Boxing is physical, primal, and leaves you feeling completely reset. Better than any meditation app.
You'll actually show up
Gym memberships go unused. Boxing doesn't, because it's genuinely engaging. You're learning something new every session, and the community keeps you accountable.
No experience needed
Most of our adult members started with zero boxing experience. Coaches adapt every session to your level. Check our beginners guide for what to expect.
Looking for kickboxing?
We're a boxing club, not kickboxing - but if you're after a striking art that builds fitness, confidence and self-defence skills, boxing delivers all of that. Many of our members came in searching for kickboxing and stayed because they loved the training.
