Women's Boxing Near Slade Green
The Saturday morning women's session at Honour and Glory is a weekly fixture. It has been running consistently long enough that the women who attend form a regular group with genuine progression in their boxing skills.
From Slade Green station, the drive to Kidbrooke takes 15 minutes. This guide covers what to expect when you arrive.
Saturday 10:30am
The class runs every Saturday from 10:30am to 12pm. It is a proper boxing session: technique instruction, pad work with a partner, bag work, conditioning. The coach is active throughout, correcting and developing each person's technique rather than simply supervising.

For women in Slade Green who want a Saturday morning that produces real results rather than going through the motions, this session is worth the 15-minute drive.
The Range of Experience
The session includes women who have trained for years and women who started recently. The coaching adjusts. If you are in your second month of boxing, you will not be doing the same pad combinations as someone who has been training for two years.
No contact is required. The standard session is pad work and bags. Sparring is available for those who want it; it is never pressured.
